Delivery Policy

House to Haven cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any issues with delivery, including missing, damaged or delayed parcels, must be reported promptly to our Customer Service Team. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.

 

Before You Submit Your Order

Please ensure that your delivery address, including postcode, is correct before finalising your order. We may need to charge an additional fee if the parcel is dispatched to an incorrect address provided by you.

Standard Delivery 
  • £5.99 for standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes.

  • Allow 5–7 working days for standard delivery. Delivery may take up to 10 working days during busy periods (including Sale Promotions, Events, or Public Holidays).

  • Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, excluding Bank or Public Holidays.

  • A signature is required upon delivery. The courier will notify you by email or text. We cannot accept liability for items left in a nominated safe place.​

  • We currently do not offer deliver to The Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Ireland or Ireland.

  • All prices charged are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • Standard delivery excludes large items and furniture, see below for Furniture Delivery Charges.


In Store Click and Collect
  • FREE for all orders.

  • Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours but please wait to be notified before travelling to store.

  • You can collect your order from our store in Cranfield, Bedfordshire between:

    • Tuesday - Friday: 10am-5pm

    • Saturday - Sunday 10am -2pm

Furniture & Large Items Delivery Charge

  • Due to weight, size, and special packaging, delivery for large items, furniture, and garden furniture is £30.

  • Some furniture items may be delivered directly from suppliers or hand-delivered by House to Haven staff.

  • For large or extra-large orders, delivery charges may vary depending on weight and size. We reserve the right to contact you regarding any additional fees and to request payment before dispatch.

International Delivery

We do not currently deliver to Europe or Internationally at this time.

Environmentally Friendly Delivery

Even though we are a small company we take our responsibility to help tackle Climate change and pollution very seriously and ensure to help the issue wherever possible. We are committed to reducing our impact to the environment. So, we may reuse existing boxes for your order and will never send your orders wrapped in plastic or in separate deliveries.
