  • Can I click and collect or return my purchase myself?
    You are welcome to collect or return your order to our shop in Cranfield, Bedfordshire at no extra cost. Collecting my order: Simply select the 'Collection' option upon checkout, then continue through to payment. Once your order is ready you will receive an email confirmation with collection instructions. Collection local to Cranfield is free, however please note that collection times will be 1-2 working days to collect your items.   • Can I cancel my order?
    If for any reason, you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order. Please Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. If 48 hours has lapsed, you will need to follow the returns procedure to return the unwanted products.

  • Is your store pet friendly?
    We're dog friendly! Shopping in store with a friend is more fun than shopping alone, full stop. So we've made life easier for you and your furry friend. We are huge dog lovers here at House to Haven and are always happy to welcome your four legged family members providing the following measures are adhered. You can read these here
  • How can I track my order?
    Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation email and another once your item(s) have been dispatched, you will then be emailed direct from the courier with a tracking number and shipping progress. You can also track your order at your My Account, once you've logged in.
  • How can I amend my order?
    We pride ourselves in quickly dispatching your items, so this may cause a slight delay in your delivery. We try to package and dispatch your order by midday the next working day (2pm at the latest), therefore any changes to your order must be stated before this time. Please Contact Us as soon as possible with your amendments and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note, if your order has already been processed and/or dispatched we will be unable to amend it.
  • How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped?
    You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your items have been shipped. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items they may be dispatched separately on rare occasions.
  • What are your Delivery Times?
    Our delivery time is 5 - 7 working days for standard delivery, which is tracked via a reliable courier. We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and if ordered by 6pm, orders will normally be dispatched by midday the next working day.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners and Maestro, Electron and Apple Pay. In store we also accept Cash.
  • Is your packaging recyclable and eco-friendly?
    We’ve put a lot of love and thought into our packaging. Something we're very passionate about. It's important to us, that the packaging for our products aligns with what we stand for - an environmentally friendly haven. We are committed to only using necessary packaging and easily recycled materials wherever possible - from our boxes, packaging tape and string, packaging materials and marketing materials, all are recyclable.     We'd love it if our cherished, loyal customers (that's you!) shout about our products to let everyone else know which products they love.
